Your complete satisfaction is very important to us.

Shipping

We offer complimentary USPS or UPS shipping to the contiguous United States on all merchandise over $125 with code FREESHIP. There is a flat rate of $10 for merchandise under $125. We do not ship to destinations outside the contiguous United States. We ship 5-7 business days after receipt of your order. There may be a delay if we are on a buying trip.

Returns & Refunds

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days from the date of order. We accept returns on in-stock items only.

All returns must have all tags attached and be in their original packaging. They cannot be washed, used or soiled. 

We cannot accept returns on pillows with the feather and down inserts for hygienic reasons.

Shipping fees will not be refunded.

Customer is responsible for shipping fees on returned items.

Refunds will be processed when the merchandise has been received, inspected and approved for return.
